Ordering and Shipping
Standard Delivery £3.50
Standard Delivery between 2-5 days
Free Delivery of Orders over £60.00
Deliveries between Monday-Saturday but not including Bank Holidays.
Product Care and Maintenance
The 8-Back Costume can be washed at 40˚with non-biological products when required, but it is recommended that mainly rinsing your costume after swim use and hang drying is sufficient for extended usage of your garment. No tumble drying.
Swim Cap Care Advice cards come with your swimming cap and recycled storage bag.
8-Lanes T-shirts (heavier and medium weight fabric 100% cotton). We recommend a cooler 30˚machine wash/hand wash for extended use of your garment and no direct ironing on logo print.
Returns and Refunds
Thank you for shopping with 8-Lanes Swimwear. We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 21 days of your purchase. If 21 days has passed since your purchase date, then you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of that item. Please note your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If a full refund is requested within the 21 day period, then the refund will be made to the original payment method used. We always ensure a quality check of each item before dispatch and the same check will happen on a returned item.
The return postage will be completely free of charge as long as you use the return label provided. Please keep proof of postage until the refund is fully settled back into your payment method used.
