Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with 8-Lanes Swimwear.

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 21 days of your purchase. If 21 days has passed since your purchase date, then you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of that item. Please note your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If a full refund is requested within the 21 day period, then the refund will be made to the original payment method used. We always ensure a quality check of each item before dispatch and the same check will happen on a returned item.

The return postage will be completely free of charge as long as you use the return label provided. Please keep proof of postage until the refund is fully settled back into your payment method used.
